Which zodiac sign is November?

People born in November are Scorpio through the 21st and Sagittarius from about the 22nd. The Sun moves between the two on November 21 or 22, depending on the year.

It is one of the sharpest shifts in the calendar. Scorpio goes inward and holds on. Sagittarius heads out the door with a backpack.

Late autumn, early dark

In the Northern Hemisphere, November brings bare trees and early sunsets. The clocks have fallen back and evenings arrive fast. People turn toward home and warmth, and in the US, toward the long Thanksgiving table at the end of the month.
