What happens if something goes wrong with your order.
DRAFT. Not final. The owner must decide the terms below and a lawyer must check them against EU consumer law, including the rules on digital content and the right of withdrawal.
Our short version: if we make a mistake in your data or calculation, we fix it for free. If your report never arrives, or you paid twice by mistake, we refund you. You pay once through Gumroad, and there is no subscription.
What if I entered the wrong birth data?
Write to us within 14 days and we will redo the report once with the correct data, free of charge. Please check your birth date, time and place before you pay.
What if the studio made a mistake?
If our calculation or text contains an error, we correct it and send you a new PDF at no cost. Contact us with your order number and the statement that looks wrong.
When can I ask for a refund?
Ask within 14 days of purchase if the report was not delivered, if you were charged twice, or if we made an error we cannot fix. Send requests to info@zenar.co with your Gumroad order number.
How are refunds paid?
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show up.
What is not a reason for a refund?
Reports describe tendencies in a chart. They do not predict events. Disagreeing with an interpretation is not a calculation error. If something in the report seems wrong to you, write to us and we will check it.
