The rules for buying and using our reports.

These terms cover purchases of written astrology reports from Zenar and use of this website. By ordering, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Zenar is an online astrology studio. Ordering is not open yet. Our full business details (legal name, address and registration) will be published here before the first sale. Contact: info@zenar.co.
2. What we sell
Written reports delivered as PDF files, based on birth data you provide. Reports are produced as described in How we write. We do not offer live consultations.
3. Ordering and payment
Payment is one-time and handled by Gumroad. The price, currency and any taxes are shown at checkout. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver your PDF within 24 hours of payment. If your report is late, write to info@zenar.co and we will send it or refund you.
5. Your data
You are responsible for entering correct birth data. We process it as described in the privacy policy.
6. Refunds and corrections
See the refund policy. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
7. Nature of the content
Reports are for self-reflection. They are not medical, legal or financial advice and do not predict events. See the disclaimer.
8. Intellectual property
You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to keep and use your report. You may share it with family and friends, but you may not resell it. The site, method and texts remain ours.
9. Limitation of liability
Our reports are for reflection and entertainment. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law.
10. Governing law and disputes
We will add the governing law and the place for disputes here before ordering opens. Until then, write to us first and we will try to settle any problem directly.
