Which zodiac sign is April?

An April birthday is Aries if it falls before the 20th and Taurus from about the 20th on. The exact day of the switch moves between April 19 and 20, depending on the year.

On paper, the two signs could hardly be more different. One is a sprinter, the other a gardener. Both belong to spring, though, and the shared season shows.

Spring in full swing

In the Northern Hemisphere, April is when spring stops being a rumor. Trees leaf out, rain comes in short bursts, and the days grow longer each week. New things take root all month.
